| 1:00.6 | kids, you know, focus on school, do your homework, get ahead, then you'll get into college, |
| 1:06.8 | then you'll get a good job, then you'll get a raise, etc. |
| 1:10.2 | So what has gotten us here may have been hard work, dedication, sacrifice. |

| 1:20.8 | So first this takes asking the question of what are my values and how do I want to feel? |
| 1:27.4 | Because so often we have been really trained to be in this rat race, this cycle that we're |
| 1:33.0 | just getting ahead, getting ahead and we feel like if we're not working really, really |
| 1:36.7 | hard all the time, then something's wrong. |
| 1:40.0 | We're falling behind. |
| 1:41.0 | We're not exerting ourselves enough. |
| 1:42.6 | We're not doing our best and someone else is going to take our spot and we're going |
