0:52.0	President Trump has veered the country toward a constitutional
0:55.1	crisis of his own making.
0:57.6	Trump tweeted Tuesday, as I predicted, 16 states, led mostly by open border Democrats and the radical left, have filed a lawsuit
1:05.9	in, of course, the Ninth Circuit.
