Tommy's a father, a runner, a content creator, a podcaster, and one of the faves in the running industry.

He's also a recovering alcoholic.

And in this episode, we hear all about him running the six Abbott World Marathon majors in a year.

And he's got one more left.

He has New York City.

And he's trying to raise funds and awareness for Zach Clark's Foundation called Release Recovery.

We heard from Zach up in Duluth at the Grandma's Marathon,

so we've heard a lot about his foundation,

and it's really cool what Tommy's doing.

He talks about how he's trained for the five of the sixth world marathon majors,

how he stays healthy, how he rests and recovers in between.

We hear about what he wants to do maybe going forward and why he did it.

Well, Tommy, you are five of six done with the World Marathon majors in one year.

I mean, you've done some of the majors

before, but this time it's in one year. So coming off of Chicago, how are you feeling?

I'm feeling tired and kind of run down a little bit, but it's a journey for sure. But I'm really

excited. Yeah, five down out of six for the year. I'm not. Like, this isn't my second, you know, six star thing.

It's literally just all six majors in one year. So it's been a, it's been a fun journey so

far. And super fast. I mean, I don't know. Was the time. I mean, for somebody that was like,
