Allie Michelle is a poet, author, and co-founder of the mental health and wellness community We Are Warriors. Certified in meditation, breath work, and yoga, she integrates these disciplines into her creative endeavors. Her poetry collections include Explorations of a Cosmic Soul, The Rose That Blooms in the Night, and The Words Left Unspoken, each exploring themes of self-discovery, love, and personal growth. She also wrote an amazing fantasy novel, Legends of Lemuria.
In addition to her writing, Allie co-founded We Are Warriors, a mental health and wellness community that fosters connection and personal development.
