Hello everyone. Welcome to another episode of Sleep and Relax ASMR.

This episode we are engaging in a ramble celebration, a celebration rambling about the 400th

episode of the podcast and other topics that have absolutely nothing at all to do with

a podcast or the 400th episode.

I was thinking what should I do for episode 400 and first off 400 that's a weird

milestone right because people will celebrate you know number 10 number 50 number 100 number 500 number 1,000 you know it doesn't get enough love and I think getting to 400 of anything

You should celebrate it, right?

At least I think so.

And I figured that

Rambles have kind of become the mark of the podcast. I don't know what you call it. I mean,

the podcast obviously has a bunch of different series and episode types but you know people seem to

really enjoy the rambles and helps them fall asleep they like my commentary on silly things. So let's do a ramble about it.

And let's begin here. 400 of anything is a lot. conceptualize it.

If you can, if you, well, of course you can.

You know, 400 grains of rice may not be much when I think about it. But like 400 grains of rice gets

you to a bowl and a half maybe, right, rice. Maybe I haven't done a scientific study. But imagine 400 of anything else, maybe 400 books. Imagine if you had 400 books sitting in a room in your

apartment or home, it's a lot. 400 cars. It's a full parking lot worth of episodes represented by cars in a parking lot, you know what I mean?

And of course it's always fun for me to reminisce and think back on the origins of the podcast.

For me it was the summer of 2016.

Yes, seriously.

I loved podcast and I really wanted to get into them but I didn't have an idea at that time.
