Welcome back into the lounge. We had a one week hiatus, but we are now in the new, I wouldn't say improved the lounge. I'm Ryan Mink.

And I'm Garrett Down. Yeah, a lot has changed. You know, when you look at it, you know, we named this podcast The Lounge because that was the name of our office that we've shared for the last five, six years.

Since 2011.

So, but the lounge, if you guys aren't following this, there's a massive renovation project

going on here at the castle, and it's going to be a two-year process of $45 million

It's already one of the best.

But as part of that process, there's a construction.

You've got to kind of live through the reno, and that's what we're doing.
