0:18.0	What I'm calling about is I am a person that continues and I have for my entire life. I thought when I turned 30, that would be the magical number 40 50.
0:32.0	Now I'm going to be 70 years old in a couple of years and I am constantly seeking approval from other people and I'm in a wonderful marriage. I've been married to my house.
0:44.0	Do you get it 43 here.
0:46.0	Do you get it? Do you want to get it?
0:50.0	When you seek approval from all these people, do they give it to you?
0:57.0	No.
0:58.0	None of them. What percentage give it to you?
1:08.0	I always a percentage. That's a number. Percentage is a number.
1:16.0	Okay. Yep.
1:19.0	Maybe 50% maybe 30%.
1:23.0	Can we jump can we dump the maybes and you give me a number?
1:31.0	No. Percent. So 0% give it to you. So you must spend a lot of time feeling terrible.
1:42.0	I do.
1:45.0	Now what does getting approval look like?
1:50.0	If you and I met for tea one day, not knowing each other and I was at the table here at the table, we're having tea and crumpets.
1:56.0	And how might you try to get approval from me? Somebody you don't know. I'm not who I am to you now.
2:03.0	I'm just somebody. How would you try to get approval meeting me the first time?
2:10.0	Well, the very first thing I would do would be to look at your face and to see if you're finally not me or not.
2:24.0	And then I would base it on our conversation and how well it went.
