Summary

"Hormones are not the only things that are impacted by plastics. Our DNA is too."

If we can agree on one thing, it's that plastic is everywhere. We store our food in plastic, we buy toys for our kids made of plastic, we drink out of it -- the uses of plastic are endless. But what are the health concerns of using plastics?

In this episode of the Knowledge and Mileage Podcast, Kris sits down with Dr. Anthony Jay, the President and CEO of AJ Consulting Company and the author of the best-selling book, Estrogeneration, to talk about "estrogenics," a class of chemicals found in plastic that can have a major impact on our health.

Grab a notepad and tune in. You don't want to miss out on this information.

And I decided this year just to see how things would turn out if I lost muscle. So for the past six months, that's been my journey on trying to lose muscle and compete. And everything went okay, except I had some knee issues about six weeks ago. So I had two choices.
