For everything that we know about how to properly take care of our cars, we really don’t know all that much about how to take care of our actual bodies. We outsource this understanding to doctors, or worse, Big Pharma. If was up to them they would have us taking expensive pills for everything, but they never really teach us how to be healthy because that would kill their repeat business model.
