We're gonna start this week with a wee email.

What a surprise.

I know.

Shaking it up.

This email is from Gabby and she says,

you've inspired me to finally read round my subjects.

Yay!

See, this is something I wish I had done in school.

I wish I'd actually cared about learning in school because I gained a love

of learning after school. It's hard to learn when you're being told to learn. Yeah, I'm really

stubborn that way. So Gabby says, hi guys, I'm currently in sixth form doing psychology, biology, chemistry

A levels and hoping to take biology, sorry, and hoping to take biochemistry at university.

In order to get into a good uni, I've been told to read around my subjects,

which seemed like a very daunting task because I have no idea where to start.

Finding your podcast was a breakthrough.

Because although science has always fascinated me,

listening to you guys talk,

made me realize that outside learning isn't just all professors

digging through older books and that maybe I can do it too. Science is beautiful and exciting

and maybe more people would be inclined to believe this if some of the intimidation was removed.

Anyway, thanks a lot. Love the podcast. Gabby. Thank you Gabby. What a wonderful way to start.
