Brian, I am super excited about this show because I think we're going to be able to

wait into something that's pretty popular, pretty common out there.

Because there's a lot of things happening and what I hope we're able to do is either provide

folks with some guidance on how to make a very big decision well or potentially avoid

making a huge mistake if they haven't fought it all the way through.

Well, on a year's stat, by the way, this is a shock and awe type stat when you hear

40% of Americans are changing their job.

By the way, that's the glass half empty.

Yep.

I want to tell you there's another side to this equation that we're about to discuss.

But when I see 40%, I'm like, wait a minute.

I mean, employees we have.

I know.

I'm thinking to say that's almost half.

Or close to half our folks looking for jobs.

I walked around this morning trying to get Phil better about that.
