Today, I sort of did a big stretch, I did a big downward dog.

That was kind of like a nice way to start my day.

Okay, that's a perfect person thing to do.

Yeah, it sort of starts my day with a little stretch and a little bit of, you know, my

shock risk flowing, etc.

Cool.

And that kind of got me a deep breath.

I was just trying to think about how I started my day and then it just was...

And how was it?

Do you start early?

I started to potato our dog almost like suiciding off the bed.

So I woke up like, no, because the pillow was on the steps.

He's a geriatric trowel when I didn't want him to die.

And so I was like, no, so that's how I started my day.

Saving your dog from even in death.

I mean, your dog's very small.

So if you like a small fall, yeah, he's like one fall away from doggy heaven.

Wait, wait, we really do.
