And why don't you start by just sharing a little bit about who you are, where you are geographically?

Well, I am in Orlando, Florida and I am a therapist. I'm also married to a therapist.

So Michael and I together, we have founded Redeemer counseling and I consider it a huge honor

to work as a therapist. It's just such a privilege.

And you're also a writer and we are going to read, you're going to read one of your pieces that you

wrote for Red Tent Living and the pieces called the Civil Wars and it's about attachment.

It's about a lot of things but it's about attachment. And so we're going to look at how our attachment

style plays out in our most intimate relationships and you write candidly about your attachment style
