For those who may not be familiar with the automotive industry or with the area here in Los Angeles,

tell us a little bit about the Galpin organization. Give us some background. They were going to

talk about what you took over and how you created a different culture and the results you got

because they're very applicable lessons there.

Yeah, absolutely.

Tell us about Galpin, David.

So Galpin has been around for over five decades and our owner is Bert Bachman.

Yeah.

Who's an incredible man and very inspirational in my career.

And we're located in the San Fernando Valley, the heart of the valley, and off

Roscoe Boulevard.

And Bert really started everything at Galpin with Galpin Ford.

They've been the number one Ford dealer for just under 30 years.

Number one, now it's hard to be number one at anything for two or three years in a row,
