Flow state, also known as in the zone. Being immersed in a feeling of energized focus and enjoyment resulting in a loss of one sense of space and time.

0:10.7

This is the Flow State of Mind podcast. Thanks for joining everyone. This is Aaron Diamond. And I'm Jordan Dugger.

0:17.3

We are entrepreneurs, fitness coaches, and social media influencers. We believe there is nothing more captivating than listening to somebody talk passionately about their flow.

0:25.6

Here we aim to bring you stories from ourselves, guests and thought leaders,

0:29.6

ranging in subjects from health, fitness, physique sports, psychology and business.

0:33.6

Let's get started so you can learn, be entertained, and possibly even discover your

0:38.4

flow state.

0:45.0

What is up, everyone? Welcome back to the flow state of mind podcast. Your co-host here,

0:49.6

Jordan. Just by myself here doing the intro, Aaron and I, we got moved this weekend, so we moved into a new home, which is exciting.

0:57.8

Super exciting. We finally have a chance to sort of breathe and step back and kind of look around and really appreciate everything, whereas, you know, the past few days have been complete chaos between, you know, the moving companies and then just one fire after another. And I know a lot of

1:12.4

you guys listen to this have been through the process. And so Aaron and I are split up right now,

1:16.8

not literally, but she is actually going to round up our dogs to get them into the house for the

1:21.8

first time. So that's really exciting. We're pumped to see how they react. And yeah,

1:26.6

we're stoked to just be in this new place. And that is also why I am recording this individually. But Aaron is on this episode. And so is our friend and just badass coach in the space, in the nutrition and fitness space. And his name is Brad Jensen. You can know a lot of you guys might know him as the sober bodybuilder on Instagram. And he owns a company called, called Key Nutrition, which is out of Utah.

1:48.8

And Brad is man, an amazing individual, you know, not only from his knowledge and understanding from a coaching application, but just as a human and what he's overcome.

1:58.8

So this episode is going to be a little different than what

2:01.0

you guys are used to. We do talk coaching. We do talk nutrition briefly. But a lot of what we

2:06.5

dive into is Brad's story, which is profound AF, as the kids would say. So, you know, Brad, he's known

2:14.3

as the sober bodybuilder because he is just that. He's overcome pretty severe

2:18.0

addiction and independence on opioids primarily. And that's something that I too have experienced

2:24.3

to a degree. And I'm not sure that I've actually dove into that story in detail with you guys,

2:29.9

but I'm sure I will. But Brad is something that I was able to relate to and to almost connect with.
