A-L-R-E-A-D-Y. Just... we add the word already a l r e a d y just the one word not the two words all ready but the one word already the pronunciation is the same so what does it mean well let me give you an example

hurry up already so So what does it mean? Well, let me give you an example.

So hurry up.

Hurry up means do something quickly.

And if we add the adverb already to the end, it means hurry, hurry, hurry. You should already have done it or have started.
