Hello and welcome to everything iconic with me, Danny Pellagrino.

You guys thank you so much for the overwhelming outpouring of support and love for last week's

mental health episode.

I was so nervous to put that out because I thought, first of all, I felt so vulnerable

talking about things that I've never talked about before.

And also, I know that this is normally a pop culture podcast where we talk about bravo

and housewives and all that.

And I was worried that everyone would be upset that we were talking about something

a little bit different, a little more serious.

But everyone was so kind and supportive.

And I cried at least five times this week from the DMs and the texts and the tweets and

the Facebook messages and all of that.

So it was just an overwhelmingly positive.

And I just want to mention, I did miss one thing.

So my guests and I, we sort of talked about the ways that we deal with anxiety and depression.

It turns out we miss one very important thing that Lala on Vanderfambroules brought up

at part three of the reunion.

And that is both a baby bottle and sucking a dick.

So we did not cover those on the mental health episode.

And I just want to say that I'm sorry for neglecting those two very important anti-anxiety

medications.
