Okay, so you know, I'm not into life hacks, but this is a fantastic

shortcut to instant compassion. It's really easy. It's just one sentence. It's this. Oh,

I've done that before. It works for approximately 92% of all misunderstandings and conflicts.

And the other 8% of conflicts will require some radical forgiving.

Step one.

Someone's behavior causes you pain or upset.
