Welcome back to the Lincoln Project. I'm your host, Reed Gaelin. The Senate trial for

Donald Trump's second impeachment is in full effect, and I don't think we'll be able

to get through this episode without saying at least a word or two on the matter.

But before we do that, I want to tell you a little bit about Lincoln Project Television,

as we call it, LPTV. Last summer before the two presidential conventions, we decided,

you know, why wouldn't we have a TV show where we would give our sort of unvarnished opinions

on what we were seeing of both Joe Biden's convention and Donald Trump's convention? And

so we started with an idea, we were just going to do it for two weeks in August, and what

we found was that we had great hosts like Tara Setmeyer and Rick Wilson, who helmed

our show The Breakdown, which we still run on Tuesday and Thursday nights. And we also

had a show called Vote for America, in which we really highlighted what was going on out

in the States during the course of the presidential election. And from that, you know, we're

now past the election, we're into the new year, and we have a whole new host of shows.

We still have the breakdown. We have our new, news hour program, the Lincoln report, hosted

by Nayara Hock. And that brings me to my guest today, Lisa Senekow and Maya May, the
