I was recently doing a speaking engagement in a community mastermind event.

One of the questions that came up was the importance of relationships and how it's

tied into my success. And as I started to reflect on that question, it reminded me of a formula that I

used to really audit the people around me,

to audit my circle of influence or what I like to call my board of directors

and who I surround myself with,

who I spend the most time with,

who I get influenced by.

And I want to share that formula

and remind you of that formula today

because when I think about all of the big wins that I've

had in my life, it's usually been because of other people and relationships.

Yes, of course, it had something to do with my hard work and the action that I took and maybe

some of the risks that you take. But at the same time, a lot of catalysts

and some of the major successes and, you know, peak moments in my life had to do with key people.

The other side of the coin is a lot of my downfalls, a lot of the things that led to pain

or to challenges in my life also had to do with key people.

And so I wanted to share that simple formula with you guys to remind you how important that is

to just keep that awareness up around your life, the people in your life, the people on your
