We are picking up with day four of our confessions of God's people that are stuck in the middle,

which is a fictional story based on Scripture, and it's been a lot of fun to read so far.

I'm going to read the Scripture, and then Tori's going to pick it with the Devo.

The Scripture is Matthew, chapter 11, verses 28 and 29, and it says this.

Then Jesus said, come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will

give you rest.

Take my yoke upon you.

Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for

your souls.

The devotional's title, Confessions of an overwhelmed wife, Hannah, she writes, God Almighty,

I come before you, but cannot stand in your presence.

I am broken beyond words.

I wait and I wait, but no answer.

My eyes have cried.

I have tried to let go of this desire to have a child.

I want your will not mine, but no matter how hard I try, I can't shake loose that longing
