Oh, I don't know if you can tell already, but my mood isn't great this week.

It's not great and I feel tired. and I feel tired because I don't feel like I've really had a

break you know in the way that everybody else had a Christmas break I don't think I actually had that time to switch off. There was some nonsense happening online and other

bits and yeah I just don't feel rested but and now we're back at it. We're back at it. Everyone's slogging away, getting things done and I'm back in the swing of things but I've promised myself that at some point I'm going to take an actual break by myself 100% by myself because I'm incapable

I'm just one of those people that's incapable of switching off and resting if there's anybody else around me I just can't do it I need to be left

alone to recharge it's the only way I can do it I'm very much an introvert which a

lot of people don't actually believe they're like,
