Well, well, today I'm sharing with you

an insight into my inner world

by what I just shared with some friends of mine via text message. You know what's interesting? I don't have a load of friends. I used to. I used to think volume, I suppose counted, I would be really

happy and full of excitement and pride about all of my friends and as I've gotten

into my 30s, mid 30s, now 40, I don't want to even say as I've gotten older because I feel so young and fresh.

I have naturally just done this great pruning. It's actually happened on its own. It hasn't necessarily even been conscious.

And a couple of my gal pals are coming to Miami. Next week we've booked a lovely house

on the beach and we're just going to be hanging out and with these friends of

mine often we share insights thoughts that we have what we've been noticing as shifts

within ourselves and I thought you know what I'm going to just read to you

four things that I've shared that I've noticed have shifted within me in recent years that I shared with my two friends via text.

And here they are.

Number one, it's important to me to have 100% love and loyalty in a friendship, or it's simply not a friendship.

To me it has to be all love, wanting good things for the other person,

and this deep feeling, the safe feeling of loyalty, knowing that I can trust my small circle, that is everything

and it's either 100% love and loyalty or you're going to be just simply more of an acquaintance.

And hey, I think that's pretty great.

It's not too much to ask my friends to have love and loyalty only in a friendship.
