Hey guys, welcome back to the Encounter Now podcast. My name is Chelsea.

And my name is Nick. And today we wanted to talk with you guys a little bit

about our careers, what we do, and what we've thought about one another's careers as we've

been in our relationship together, as time has gone on. But also, we've noted at it before in

previous episodes, but we wanted to give you guys a bit of encouragement and a bit of a deeper look into

our lives and just help you come to the understanding that even if you're in a job right

now that you don't want to be in long term, there is a process to things.

And if you're in that process right now, we just wanted to give you some encouragement to stay hopeful and not give up too soon on your true passion and what you want to do long term.

Yeah, that's really good.

I think when I first started dating Nick, he expressed his passion for preaching and that kind of side of him. And it's a really

big part of him, but he isn't in a like full-time job that allows him to do that or he,

he doesn't do that full time right now because it's just not practical with being able to pay

bills and all of that. But now just looking back

and seeing at the beginning of our relationship where he's been at with that and now seeing him,

like going to different churches and speaking. Just watching Nick do what he loves is really just

such an honor to see and also just be a part of and encourage him and what he's doing.

And so, Nick, tell me a little bit about what it feels like to be up on a stage, preach,

like what the difference is between that and working your day job, which is at AT&T.
