1:31.1 | So breathing into the impatient energy, relaxing around it, letting it spread out. |

1:38.0 | Step two is bring your awareness to the discomfort that's causing you to feel impatient. |
1:45.2 | Because impatience, that feeling of impatience is we're usually experiencing something, we're |
1:50.9 | always experiencing something that we don't want to tolerate in this moment. |
1:54.3 | Some form of discomfort or pain or frustration. |
