at you on a Friday, less than two weeks until the season for the Miami Hurricanes.

But at the beginning of today's show, we're going to talk some recruiting.

Before we get into that, though, David, how you doing, man?

Good, yeah, I'm getting excited that football, you know, less than two weeks away, like you said,

hopefully two weeks from now when we're recording, we'll be discussing, you know, less than two weeks away, like you said, hopefully two weeks from now when we're recording,

we'll be discussing, you know, Miami thumping UAB, the offense looking amazing,

Deerrick King, early Heisman candidate, but we'll see. We'll find, we'll find out how that goes.

Less than two weeks away, like you said,

but yeah, let's jump into some recruiting talk because definitely had some big news drop in that

regard on Thursday night. Yeah, and I just want to thank all of our subscribers, anyone that listens

to the podcast. If you guys have left a review, again, like always, much appreciated.

We're getting a ton of good feedback from our bosses, and that really can keep this podcast going.

So now that we got that out of the way, David, Thursday night, Miami landed a commitment from top 24-7 athlete Chase Smith. Chase is a guy we have discussed throughout this

recruiting cycle, but he's really been kind of the mystery. Someone who hasn't taken many,

if any, visits doesn't do many, if any, interviews.

I think I've spoken to him on the phone two or three times,

including one of those being last night when he informed me that he had committed to Miami.

This is a big get, I think, for the hurricanes.

Florida wanted him.
