They joined Focus President Jim Daly on his show to share four simple things you can do in your own marriage starting now.

Scott, blended families can often get their priorities out of order.

And let me say it this way, every family can get their priorities out of order.

Explain how that can affect marriage. It seems obvious, but more

specifically, how will that affect our relationship? Well, let me, I'm going to kind of give a

broad stroke here and then I'm going to get some details. So the one thing I would say first is

God designed marriage perfectly. Let's be honest here. The society telling you that marriage is broken is only society's translation

of it. God designed it perfectly. And it's an absolutely beautiful thing. If you follow what he told

you to do. That's where we as humans make mistakes. And luckily, we have a roadmap to get back,

get back to where he designed it.

So I want to encourage every family, no matter where they're at in their journey, that God

designed it in a way that says, hey, here's some priorities you can have in marriage that will
