Now we're actually seeing in the news now terminology describing this.

So the great resignation was a term that described millions of people, four plus million

people a month for over a year now have resigned and quit their jobs.

It's a giant game of musical chairs.

Well, now we're seeing in the data that a lot of people who quit are experiencing regret

and it's been called the great regret by many people.
