This is one of the things that really surprised me when I got into making money online was when I first started wanting to make money online, I did a lot of research and figuring out how and here in Austin we have, or in Austin, I'm in Italy right now, but in Austin we have something called Internet Marketing Party.

And I met a lot of people who were making money in really odd ways that I never would have thought they were teaching people things that were really, to be completely honest with you, the kind of obscure.

I have a friend, Adam, who teaches people how to play a game called Warhammer 40,000. I never heard of it. It's not even like a big game with a huge following, but he was able to get this really, really niche market, be able to make in his first year over a million dollars by teaching people how to play this and he basically became because the fact that it's such a small niche market.

Most people think, oh, if it's such a small market, I probably can make a lot of money there, but he actually became like the biggest person inside of this community of Warhammer 40,000 by playing board games because people went on to YouTube and started watching and they started buying his products. He has a YouTube station, I think it's called Knights of the Game Table or something like that.
