WHAT YOU’LL LEARN: If you’ve been following my podcast throughout the year, you likely already know I love looking at metrics. I love spotting trends and discovering opportunities. But before I dig into the yearly metrics, I like to ask four simple questions to help shape my intention and create my vision for the upcoming year.
