Amazon that I'm obsessed with is like a bartender style rimming tool because I was going through so much salt because I would just use a plate. So I get a coarse sea salt. It's a hickory smoked sea salt or an oak smoked sea salt is very specific. But listen, if you want to know how I make my margarita, you got to know. And I use that like little rimming tool. It's like a little container that opens up and I can put lime juice in there. I can put sugar. I don't think I would do that unless I'm making daqueries or something. And I use the salt in there. So the salt stays in there. And we had a little debate on Instagram. Do you keep the sponge for the live juice or do you get rid of it? So what I did is I washed it really, really with really really hot water and I just keep rotating it out. For today I just used a fresh
