This past Saturday was Yom's fourth birthday fourth anniversary on Mama Earth.

But Monday, of course, is the big episode of the week and for the past four years.

Every single Monday, we've been able to connect in some way, shape, or form. There hasn't been one Monday that has been missed.

And you know, I find that very, very special and I do find great fulfillment and satisfaction and comfort in that knowing.

I know that this would not be the case if it weren't for every single one of you who I have either connected with online or in person,

or I've just been energetically connecting with because you listen to this show. And if I haven't met you yet, I really hope that I will one day.

I know I will one day, but this has genuinely been the best four years of my life. I've met so many phenomenal people, so many amazing guests.

For example, the retreats. I mean, those are some of the most magical, if not the most magical moments of my life. I'm serious.
