it is something that can quite literally be life changing. And I think that's amazing. And I think you know how I know people don't know about a lot of these?

Because we get emails all the time. Hey, can you tell us about this or hey, I heard about this thing or hey, what is this?

I just love when we can open people's eyes to things they might not know. That's the whole reason we do this show.

And I think each one of these accounts, I love that we do highlight episodes where we can break out into small digestible chunks.

I think each one of these is going to be able to stand on their own and be something that can for years be a resource to people as well.
