Today's episode features Bethany Ugharte of Lil Sipper.

She is an Instagrammer and a blogger. She posts really creative, gut-friendly

recipes, something that she got into after her own journey with really severe digestive issues.

And I was just really curious about her story.

She's she was in a coma a year ago and she talks a lot on her Instagram about how she has kind of like gone to the extremes with IBS and you know it's

really detrimental to her health and she's on the other side of it.

So I'm always curious to hear about other people's journeys particularly particularly with, you know, gut health and maybe things that aren't

readily recognized by like Western medicine, guess I'll say. So I hope that if you're

going through something challenging you can I don't can gain some hope from hearing Bethany's experience and that's

really what her story is it's a story of healing and a story of hope.
