Binge drinking is bad.

plus I decided not to do it.

It hurts your liver a little more than regular drinking, you know.

I don't binge that much, though.

It's like even occasional binge drinking is bad, like once a month even and it can triple your risk of liver damage?

Well, I never thought it was doing it. Sometimes it's a luck of the draw, though, because think

about that. People have been binge drinking their whole lives, occasionally at least, their

whole lives. And they're still like 60, 70, 80 years old. Yeah, I'd like to see a little more study into the genetics of it all. Yeah. Because some people can handle it. Oh, yeah. Well, and people, you know, drink pretty heavily into their 90s. Yep. And who's doing this study? Because nobody thought it was good for you. No. Like nobody, yeah, I've done plenty of, I've had some moments of binge drinking in my,

in my life and never was I like, this will be fine.

Like, this is good for you.

Yeah.

No, I actively made the bad decision.

I feel like there's better things.
