Kind of recap. Let's start with the good, not the bad. The bad's last night's lost to Florida,

which completes the sweep for Florida. Damn it, man. The, uh, by the way, Tom, can I just tell you,

this has nothing to do with nothing except for during the break? I'll let people in.

We were just talking about how we saw the news that former major leagueer Davey Lopes, who I remember as a player, you do not, I don't think. I was going to say. That would be something. Yeah, I mean. When I hopped into DeLorean, I got to watch a couple years of his career. I was wondering if you had ever seen a Davey Lopes AB in your life.

But I remember coming home as a kid and seeing Davey Lopes with the Dodgers.

And Davey Lopes, really most notably, besides being a two-time World Series winner and Dodgers legend, if you will. He also played, I remember him with the Cubs and I remember him briefly, I think with the A's. You know, diminutive as he was, he was a scrappy SOB. And I can remember him more almost as a manager than anything else, but he's dead at the age of 80. For those that don't know, it happened today. And you and I were just talking about it.

He said, oh, Davy Lopes is dead. And I thought to myself, golly, one of the great mustaches of all time. If you could grow that mustache, you owe it to your fellow man to grow it. It's that kind of a good mustache. But I didn't dash you at the time.

Did you ever see Davy Lopes?

And it occurred to me, I think Davey Lopes last played when you were one.

That sounds about right.
