what they really needed was some help in trusting their own instincts and intuition around food. Intuitive eating has been something that's

fascinated me for quite a long time and it involves learning to understand and recognize

internal hunger and fullness cues but it also requires a lot of unlearning of old

unhelpful food rules and habits that we picked up throughout our lives so that we
