Yes, this is the book club on Malignant.

So where do we leave off?

Chapter 5, what are we going into?

So chapter 5, I think it's a really fascinating topic because we will be going to talk

about social forces, psychological forces, conflict of interest.

And maybe we can start about hype in medicine.

So maybe you can just speak general things about hype and words that are used in oncology.

And after that we'll get into some more specific topics and some more specific works you did in the space.

Okay.

So I guess we're in part two of the book.

This is called societal forces that distort cancer medicine.

And I was telling Timothy one day that somebody once wrote to me and you know who you are, that this is the part of the book that you should cut out.

And I said, are you crazy?

This is the most important part of the book.

I have to say I really agree with you. The person I should cut. Okay. You didn't pay me for that.

I have no, also I have no financial conflict or future. That's true. With the industry. Yeah,

nor with me, because I don't pay you to work here either. I think it's a very important part

because I think it's explaining a lot of the issues ongoing in oncology, maybe in medicine in general. There are some

deep principles that are already beyond medicine, I think. But I think it's really not a part to
