If you haven't noticed, but I'm sure you have, the episodes have not come out as frequently as they once were.

Now, there are several reasons for this.

First is that this is my first year back to teaching American history.

And here in Texas, this subject has a state test attached to it at the end of the course.

Now, I'm not one to worry about that sort of thing, as I usually teach at a level that requires

much more thinking than that silly exam.
