I'm looking to add a position to it. I know they have a lot of debt, but with the accusation of top golf, I just really like it as a long term play.

I think the fair value is closer to that, you know, in the teens amid the upper teens.

And it's just $29 a share. It's just too expensive. It's a good solid company.

It has a little bit more debt than I'm comfortable with.
