The battle for the Federal Reserve played out in the Senate yesterday, but the morning started

with Donald Trump himself on CNBC commenting in an interview with Joe Kernan, extensively on

the war with Iran.

We covered that earlier in the show.

But he also talked about oil prices.

Let's go ahead and roll this clip, C1. And they said, wow, that's going to be bad. I said, yeah,

it's going to hurt the market and it's going to drive up the price of oil and whatever it is.

But that's peanuts compared to what would happen if we let this happen. And I told them,

47 years other presidents wanted to do it.
