Good afternoon fellow investors, and back to Invest Talk, April 14, 2020 edition, and

I am back.

Aloha, I just got back from the island of Oahu, so back at it, a good little R&R for

the week.

It was an interesting trend that was going to buck the trend.

I've been in many vacations with the market, went down a lot when I was on vacation.

This is kind of this weird thing that always kept happening.

But this time, no.

We had a pretty bullish market over the last week, and we continue in this choppy pattern

for the year overall, and I think it is something we should expect.

There's still a lot of crosswinds from a higher interest rates that are having impacts

across interest-sensitive parts of the market, like real estate, like technology stocks, commercial

real estate, more than residential real estate.
