So Mendez's night is good. It's not great. And it's not great because he wasn't economical at all.

And this is sort of that gray area. On a night where you know you're going to have Abraham,

who didn't have his best stuff, by the way, but on a night where you know that they've pieced

this together, Tom, we've talked about it all year long, they really have had sort of this

formula that they've built. And it's a good one. You get good starting pitching in the bigger

games, and then you roll John Abraham. You get good starting pitching in the bigger games,

and eighth maybe, sometimes more than that, he's capable,

and you try to go ahead and get a win, an important win in a series,
