A Russian oil tanker is being allowed by the United States to dock in Cuba, President

Donald Trump said over the weekend, making this the first shipment of oil to the government

since early January. It will take about a month to refine and distribute the fuel, and it's

estimated to account for roughly a one-month supply.

It's unclear if Trump has ended the oil blockade or simply allowed this ship to come in.

But the effect of it has been devastating to the island.

Cuba's healthcare system continues to face extreme hardship amid the U.S. oil blockade. So I was recently
