minute, a him, a long time, but other more pressing topics kept getting in the way. So now,

for many of us, time has changed dramatically and it's time for this episode, which is entitled

Your Relationship with Time. And I spoke that last paragraph slowly and weirdly to place

emphasis on how often the language of time is included in our vocabulary, often without our

awareness. So as many of us currently are enforced or self-imposed isolation with a new normal

cropping up each hour, we might view time in a different way than we did say a week ago.

See, even in that last sentence, time references follow us, hour, week, day, minute, now. We hear the word time

in so many pieces of our days every day. I saw a funny Facebook post recently, because yes,

I've been scrolling Facebook a lot lately. And I'm paraphrasing it here, but it said something like,

you know, when I said I just need it more time, I'd really like to clean my house. Yeah, well,

it wasn't that. And I think that's true for so many of us when we get an opportunity to have a

different relationship with time, we freeze, something happens and we don't actually follow through
