And we wanted to catch up with our friend Mike Welch,

who is the tournament director of the 3M Open July 21st, correct?

I should have that date in front of me, but yeah, and people, if you want to go and just

have a blast for a week watching some of the best players in the world, the 3M Open has

become a really fun event since it switched over to the PGA main tour.

So, Mike, what are what are you know get our audience

excited here what are they going to see here in a few weeks uh when the three m open opens up to the

public yeah thanks phil and decklin it's great to see you guys you know i i mean nothing changes

this year there's been a lot of talk about what the three m open's going to be you know when it

comes to the field when it comes to a number of other things, which I'm sure we'll get into.

But what we're striving to be is, again, the Minnesota event of the summer, with all due respect to that great state fair that's going to happen right after our tournament.

You know, not only are you going to see great golf, you know, the quality of golf doesn't change. The faces and the names might change,

but the quality of golf is going to be amazing. But moreover, we're going to have incredible food

and beverage scene. We're going to have incredible activations for walks of all life, all ages,
