Is anyone else here feeling totally exhausted, completely overwhelmed, riddled with anxiety, with nonstop headaches, body pain, maybe some strange rashes thrown into the mix.

Yeah. Well, you're not alone. Um, 20205 has been unlike anything else. And that's kind of

ironic and funny because it seems like every single year since

2020, it's been, it's a new level of intensity. Let's call it that. And 2025, the level of

intensity has really been focused on the balancing energies between some of the

highest and some of the lowest frequencies. And personally, I have been so torn, so caught up.

I mean, it's not just every day I'm feeling pulled between one frequency and another.

It feels like every moment of my day I'm being pulled between a higher perspective and a lower

emotion.

And it's been very difficult to show up in areas of my life because I'm just confused as to how to show up.

And I'm hearing that it's too much and it's not enough and I'm just really torn.

And the biggest symptom that I've experienced in really sort of navigating these two frequencies

and these two energies is just a sheer amount of overwhelm.

You know, there's just this feeling like I'm so torn between these worlds that I don't even know what to do, what to say,

how to go about life anymore.

So I figured if I was experiencing a little bit of this,

then you're probably experiencing it too.

And as always, it's imperative that my goal is to

remind you that you're not alone and that there are solutions and that everything you're

experiencing, including random bouts of, you know, cold and flu symptoms, it's all a part of what's happening right now.

And one of the main things that we've been experiencing is a really deep amount of purging
