glad to have you here with me today. Okay, let's do this. Hey, my friends, welcome to another solo episode of Third Eye Awakening.

Before I get into the content of today's episode, I just want to take a little moment to acknowledge and honor and remember and speak the name of beautiful baby Noah who died and then was

born on July 14th of 2023. He was born to one of the podcast listeners and I know that she is heartbroken and devastated

and experiencing a grief that is impossible to truly describe.

And I was lucky enough to be shown pictures of this beautiful, perfect child.

And I just want to take a moment to speak his name out into the universe, into the ethers,

into all of your ears, and hopefully into your hearts, and to acknowledge his existence

and the impact that he will continue to have

even though his life was so much briefer

than anybody could have anticipated.

And I just want to take a moment to open my heart to hold his mother and his father,

his siblings, his grandparents, and everybody who was eagerly anticipating his arrival

earthside. The summertime for me is truly littered. It's not really the right word, but it's the one that comes to mind. It is,

it is littered with the anniversaries of births and deaths, birthdays of people who are still alive,

the birthdays of people who are no longer alive, the death anniversaries of many. And it feels, to me this year, it feels very deep and resonant like the summer is such a

beautiful passage and yet it's almost like every other day there is either the anniversary

of a death or I hear about a death.

And I'm just really appreciating the impact that loss has on us.
