and frankly, I came upon her work on Instagram, and I was very intrigued by the way she talked

about what she did. Just really down to earth, I really liked her. She is an ACT therapist, meaning she practices what's called acceptance and

commitment therapy and in this interview she really explains it well.

ACT talks a lot about psychological flexibility and there's six cornerstones which you'll hear her again talk about. I just thought I'd outline them for you.
