the five types of OCD compulsions you must know and understand. Now, why is this so important?

Let me explain. Having OCD is an incredibly confusing experience. It often feels like the whole

experience is so overwhelming. It takes you away from the things

that you value, the people you value, the things you love to do.

And often the way in which we can start to overcome OCD is to actually work backwards,

reducing the symptoms by working backwards.
